Every good software needs to be properly designed and elaborated in document form before investing directly in development. I will translate all the requirements of the system for a developer and business perspective in a document form.
The document has 3 section:
- System diagrams (Activity diagram, sequences diagram, use cases, screen flow diagram etc)
- Wire-frames ( system screens, position of objects on the screen)
- Field level detailed description of objects on the screens)
