Hi! After facilitating numerous groups, consisting of 10 to 20 people from different countries and backgrounds, I am excited to share my handbooks. These guides contain accumulated knowledge from personal experience and research as well as insights on team dynamics based on scientific findings. The topics I cover are teambuilding, brainstorming, discussion facilitation, feedback and debriefing.
I have experience in Recruitment and HR and I have been working with people and for people for the last 5 years, professionally. Before that, I was an active volunteer and traveled around the world, while participating in youth conferences. This is what sparked my passion for teambuilding as I understood the impact that a few games can have on building a strong team that has trust as a basis and can collaborate in an effective manner.
