So nice & kind to communicate with but unfortunately was not able to deliver what I was actually needing after several requests. I am a lot disappointed because I badly needed the help & will have to re work my PowerPoint slides all myself at the end of a long wait. She was so nice but just not efficient in sending back what I’d been requesting
Seller's Response:I am sorry that the PPT was not to your liking. The files were saved with the exact changes you requested. There may have been a format change when transferring the file from my computer and opening on yours. Sometimes older programs change the formatting of documents. I have message about this issue and would love to resolve this. Please let me know what can be done. The files can be emailed if you so choose. Thanks again for the opportunity!
